Shaked Law Firm, P.A. is a personal injury firm. We only represent individuals who are injured by negligence; through the malpractice of doctors or hospitals; injured in workplace accidents or by faulty products, equipment or machinery; injured in automobile accidents; or through the negligent maintenance of property. The firm has achieved great success in these specialties which are all bound together by a common thread: an individual has suffered serious physical or emotional injury.
What sets us apart from other personal injury firms is that we do not simply process a large volume of cases. We intentionally limit the number of cases we accept and assign to each attorney so that every client receives the personal and proper attention he or she deserves.
