$750,000.00 SETTLEMENT – Auto Accident leading to back surgery

$750,000.00, SETTLEMENT.  Man in his early 40s was rear-ended.  After another lawfirm had the case and was not able to recover a single dollar for the injured victim.  Mr. Shaked took on the case and was able to settle the case for complete policy limits of the at fault party and an additional $650,000.00 from the under-insured motorist insurance company.  The individual injured in this case underwent backsurgery.
